The past month I have been living in loungewear matching sets! Staying home quarantined due to COVID-19 and working from home, what else is there to wear? I just want to be comfortable! And who said that loungewear can’t also be stylish?! Recently, I have been loving matching loungewear sets. Some loungewear matching sets tend to be a bit pricey. However, I was able to find a super cute matching set that is affordable! I actually purchased it at Forever 21!
Honestly, I do not remember when was the last time I shopped at that store but I am so glad I came across it again! At first, I thought I was too old and too curvy to shop there. However, browsing through the clothing items, I noticed that I am neither too old nor too curvy to shop at Forever 21! They have clothes for all body types and all ages. To my surprise, I was actually able to find and purchase a few clothing items from there that are affordable, cute and good quality!
My Loungewear Matching Set
My exact beige loungewear matching set it actually sold out! It was such a great deal- $32 for the set of joggers and a pullover. Linking a similar option here. Limited sizes available on this loungewear matching set as well! I am so glad I was able to still purchase my set when it was still available and wish they had more colors. If more colors would be available, I would purchase this set in every color! I will definitely be on a lookout and let you know if they have it back in stock or have any other colors! First, I came across this long sleeve crop top & joggers set ($28). It comes in multiple cute colors. Next, I found this super cute pullover & flare pants set ($30). It looks super soft, comes in the colors grey and mauve and has some great reviews! Next, this taupe mock neck sweater & pants set ($28) looks super cozy. Lastly, this black pullover & jogger set ($40) looks similar to my loungewear set and I believe it can definitely be dressed up or down!
Loungewear sets for Spring
Firstly, this long sleeve pullover and shorts set ($20) comes in multiple colors and looks super comfy. I have been loving neutral colors recently therefore, my favorite is the beige option! It is definitely selling fast as only small and medium sizes are now available. Get it while supplies still last! Next, I found this grey hoodie and shorts set ($20). Definitely a more dressed down look! Additionally, this crop top & joggers set ($35) is a perfect transition piece to wear between winter and spring. It is so cute and you can easily layer it. Lastly, this one-shoulder crop top and joggers set ($20) is a cute option as well and can be dressed up with heels.
Loungewear sets for Summer
I know we are still a while away from summer time but, I figured I would link a few options in case you are already shopping for warmer weather! This black one-shoulder crop top and shorts set ($20) looks nice! Additionally, this crop top and biker shorts set ($35) is ribbed and comes in the color “brick”. It is also low stock so if you like it, get to it before it completely sells out! Last but not least, this crop top and midi skirt set ($18) comes in multiple colors that are very in-season right now!
Keeping it Casual
Loungewear sets were mostly created to lounge around in at home. Keeping it casual and comfortable are their main purpose. If you are staying at home, you can wear cute fuzzy slippers. If you are leaving the house to run errands, you can wear cute sneakers.
Dressing it Up
Recently, loungewear sets are becoming very popular to dress up. You can wear heels that match the color of the set for a monochromatic look. For example, if your loungewear matching set it black, you can wear black heels. If your set is beige, you can wear beige heels. Additionally, you can be like me and wear clear heels. Ultimately, they match with any color loungewear set!
